NEW Business Sales Executive
Initiate’s client provides broadband, voice and integrated serurity services to SME’s across the capital. A fast growth company, they are currently focusing lots of their energy on bringing new products on line, this will further set them apart from their competitors. They are soon to be a national company opening offices in Manchester and Birmingham in Q2 of this year. An award winning company, they are run by the same people that set the company up several years ago, their working environment mirrors their work hard, play hard mentality and they genuinely reward success.
Due to expansion they require several new business sales advisors to bring new SME clients on board, working both internally and externally you will work to tough sales targets, growing your client base and offering the growing the product portfolio as it expands. This client recruits their channel mangers internally, top performers can expect to move into these roles or team leader roles in the near future. In addition to cold calling you will use your initiative to gather new business leads, this may involve pro-active referral gathering and using contacts you already have from past employment.
You will have at least 2 years of NEW BUSINESS SALES experience in the tech sector, your last role will have been mostly NEW BUSINESS. You will have a focused and structured approach to your sales and you will have a proven track record in your sales career and a demonstrable method of building a strong pipeline. You will have the maturity and business acumen to sell at board level. This is an excellent opportunity to perform well and move up quickly in a company in the stage of fast growth. You MUST have past experience of working in the UK.
Salary: £24k base OTE £48k uncapped Industry leading pension, sales incentives, fast career growth, industry leading product
